General Conditions

 

1) Cancellations & refunds

 

1.1 Cancellation of registration can be made up to 15 working days before the date of the event in order to benefit from a partial refund.

 

1.2 In the event of cancellation occurring no later than 15 working days before the start of the game session being canceled, the order will be refunded, after deduction of cancellation fees of 50% of the amount of the reservation. .

However, no refund will be made in the event of cancellation or postponement by the customer intervening less than 15 working days before the start of the game session. In addition, the company reserves the right to cancel any order, which would be then fully refunded to the buyer.

 

1.3 The cancellation of one of the team members will only be accepted if clause 1.7 is respected.

1.5 In the unlikely event that the event is postponed or canceled, the organizers are not responsible for any costs incurred by the person, nor for any other costs.

 

1.6 LAL reserves the right to change, amend, edit or delete any part of the race. Such a change will not result in cancellation of the reservation.

 

1.7 At LAL's discretion, if a participant is unable to attend after a reservation has been made and the cancellation period has expired, another participant must be present to replace them in order for the cancellation to be accepted.

 

2) Data protection

 

2.1 We will only use your personal information in accordance with our policy

confidentiality.

 

2.2 Subsequent sharing of additional contact details via the chat function with

other participants or partners of the event is taken at your sole discretion.

 

3) Access and duration of the game

 

3.1 The complexity of the game does not allow users under the age of 18 to participate. In case of doubt about the age of a user, the company reserves the right to request proof of identity.

 

3.2 During the entire duration of the game, the user agrees to behave in a respectable manner, to comply with the rules and to cooperate with the staff of the company. As such, the company does not tolerate any form of violence, whether verbal or physical, in the form of harassment or intimidation towards its employees and thus reserves the right to refuse participation in the game to any person whose behavior would be similar to the elements mentioned above. The company also reserves the right to deny access to the game to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as a safety measure for said person and those around him. For all the conditions mentioned above, the prohibition of participation does not give the right to any compensation or reimbursement.

 

3.3 Users agree that the game will end before the end of the 120 min, especially if their team or the opposing team has managed to find all the clues and the finish line in less than 120 min; without this being the subject of any adjustment or tariff compensation.

 

4) Health and savety

 

4.1 The user agrees to comply with all security measures given to him, whether contractual, displayed on site or given orally by company staff.

 

4.2 LAL is not responsible for any fall, injury or accident during the game.

 

 

 

5) Use of images

 

Photos of each team or of users can be taken before or after the game session. These photos can be used by the company to feed its website or its digital ecosystem (unrestricted examples, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. .). These same photos will be emailed to users within a reasonable time after the game session, upon written request. The company cannot be held responsible for the use which will be made of the photos by the users and / or the purchaser.

 

5) Prices

The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Any buyer will pay the amount relating to the rate in effect at the time of booking.

 

6) Confidentiality

 

Due to the nature of the game, each user agrees not to reveal details of the game directly and / or indirectly. Any partial and full disclosure would violate the business interests of the company and be subject to legal action.

 

7) Competence
